• Proof of residency required – Thai passport, ID card or work permit is accepted
• Rates are per room per night, inclusive of taxes and service charge.
• Additional children aged 5 – 12 years are charged at THB 1,250 net per night.
• Extra guests aged 13 years and above are charged at THB 2,500 net per night.
• Maximum capacity: 4 people (2 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 1 adults + 3 children under 12 years) in one unit.
• During Songkran (12 – 15 April) and on all local public holidays and long weekends, a supplement is charged at THB 1,000 net per room per night.
• Offer does not apply during blackout dates: 24 – 31 Dec 2025 and 1 – 6 Jan 2026.
